Winter is an incredible time in Park City, Utah and the Deer Valley areas. Such an appropriate place to have a wedding ceremony if you are an avid skier. Our client planned a beautiful wedding in the mountains and the theme the entire weekend was skiing and snowboarding. She a skier and he a snowboarder made Park City and Deer Valley the appropriate place. Guests traveled from all over the United States to attend the wedding, some spending up to one week in the area. The ceremony took place with great views of the beautiful mountains of Deer Valley in the Bald Mountain room of Silver Lake Lodge. We set up for 250 guests. The chuppah was rustic and made of aspen tree branches and beautiful white floral. Val of StellaPosy and Soiree teamed up to bring the outdoor in. With great lighting, lots of candlelight, and white floral the fresh snow capped mountains glistened outside. Did I mention the bride and groom arrived to their wedding ceremony via horse and sleigh? So appropriate for the venue. The only other option was to ski in…I’m sure if we had suggested it, they both would have considered it.
