One of the many amazing things about living in Park City is the endless supply of fabulous and unique restaurants and venues that we have to choose from. Most recently, the ladies of Soirée Productions stopped in to see our friends at High West Distillery & Saloon, a popular restaurant and rehearsal dinner venue on Park Avenue. Not only does the Saloon have a great history (in fact it’s listed on the National Registry of Historic Places!) but the food is extraordinary, with everything from a hearty Niman Ranch burger to an array of small plates that offer an abundance of options for every palette. Beyond the amazing food is the totally cool atmosphere that such a historical location provides; the livery stable offers a great venue for any event or occasion, but one of Soirée’s clients recently utilized it for a western themed rehearsal dinner, complete with old west cowboy impersonators, drinks aptly named “Dead Man’s Boots” and “Horse’s Neck” and a wardrobe requirement of flannel. High West is a great restaurant and a great space, all within easy access to Old Town Park City.
