Planning & Coordination Questions

  1. I have a favorite florist that I would like to work with, but I don't see them on your preferred vendor list. Do I have to hire Soirée preferred vendors?

    No, however we highly recommend you do so. Our preferred vendors were invited to share their talents with you based on their customer service, pricing, experience, and ability to deliver. Soirée planners have a great relationship with our preferred vendors, allowing us to make changes at a drop of the hat if necessary, adjust budgets during the planning, and contact vendors at home and odd hours as necessary for last minute changes, etc. Our close relationship and their desire to serve Sorée clients had allowed us to maintain a very positive experience for everyone. Our vendors insist on satisfying your every need and they are considered the best in the state. Trust us, we have worked with them for years!

  2. I only need wedding day coordination, but I need some help with the designing process. Is there a package that can help me?

    Yes! We can add design coordination to the day of or countdown packages. Your consultant will assist you with finding the right color scheme, linen selections, equipment rental if necessary, lighting elements, and floral design making your entire wedding come together.

  3. I live out of state and want to plan my wedding in the Park City area. Where do I begin?
    Soirée offers a Deluxe or Grand Package that may be customized for our destination brides. Those packages both allow for an assigned wedding consultant to negotiate your vendor contracts on your behalf. We work with you to come up with the budget, style and design, then we get going to put the wheels in motion. We will present you with custom proposals from each of our preferred vendors in the appropriate category for your review and consideration. Upon your approval, we will set up "mock ups" in the studio to allow you to get a "glimpse" of your decor prior to your wedding day. These full service packages are our most popular.
  4. I want to plan my own wedding, but I would like some help on my wedding day so that I can enjoy the day with my family and friends. Does Soirée provide this type of service?
    Soirée offers a "day of" package that is much more then just showing up to put your plans to work. Your planner will begin working with you 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding to finalize the plans that you have made and tie up loose ends. We will assist you in preparing a wedding day timeline and provide you all of the templates to organize your wedding day perfectly. We will be on site on your wedding day to supervise all of the details and wrap up the evening's festivities so that you and your family may enjoy the wedding along with your guests.
  5. I need help with decorating not a planner!

    No problem!  If you don't need a planner but want help decorating you have come to the right place.  We have specialty lighting, exquisite linens, props, gorgeous chair rentals, trees, and other fabulous ideas waiting to be a part of your wedding day.  Let us know how we can help.  We won't produce a cookie cutter wedding day.  We'll personalize it and provide you with the decor your looking for.  Our design team and production crew will install and strike all of the props necessary to complete the look.
